Charming house Périgord (SW France)

Our gite is a charming stone house tastefully restored with the traditional French Style, in the heart of the countyside, surrounded by woods and field of the Natural Park of Périgord Limousin (30 km from Brantome). This location is perfect for nature lovers : walks, biking, canoeing on the Dronne, swimming in lakes (Saint Estephe, Saint Mathieu ...) river fishing and autumn harvest ceps. We will also give you some information as days of local market and places to visit because there are an abundance of medieval and renaissance villages and hamlets to explore within the region. Classified 4 stars, the house can accommodate up to 10 people and includes: - A large living room of 50 m² very friendly with fully equipped kitchen, farmhouse table and lounge around an authentic fireplace. - A bedroom / office (1 double bed) - A bathroom with 1 sink, 1 bubble bath, 1 shower and 1 toilet. - First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), and 1 loft (1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa) Outside: 1 terrace with garden furniture, barbecue Facilities: cot and high chair, 2 adult bikes

Charming traditional house, shared luxury pool

Come for Autumn Winter 2025/6 with a 30% reduction!! (Already applied) A charming farmhouse set in 10 hectares of land, in an enviable position with exceptional views. To be enjoyed at any time of year. Search for orchids in Spring; laze by the (shared) infinity pool in Summer; enjoy roast meats and chestnuts in the fireplace in Autumn or cozy up next to the Christmas tree with family in Winter. Saint Robert, one of ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages des France’, is only a few mins away or 20 min walk.

Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Maison de vacances en Limousin

Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille. Maison indépendante, sur un terrain clos et sans vis-à-vis. De nombreuses randonnées sur place (pédestre et VTT), à proximité : pêche, baignade et visites. Le logement est composé au rez-de-chaussée d'une grande pièce avec cuisine, d'un salon, de la salle d'eau et d'un WC. A l'étage se trouvent deux chambres et un couchage sur le palier. A l'extérieur la cour privée est close. Le ménage de fin de séjour n'est pas inclus.

Magnifique roulotte entre calme et nature !

Le Moulin Gite

Le Moulin is a self contained gite next to the pretty river Bandiat. It sleeps up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms. Guests enjoy a large private kitchen and living space and an en suite bathroom with every room. A cot may be added. Dogs are welcome for a charge of 10€ per night per dog. Le Moulin gite has a seating area outside and access to the 8ha of grounds. This garden is not fenced and is bisected by access to the host's property. Large woodburner downstairs and electric heating.

La Ferme du lac is situated down in a beautiful wooded valley and is totally secluded. There is peace and tranquility on the doorstep. We currently have an empty lake but are surrounded by a forest full of wildlife and birds galore. The area is renowned for Chateaux, beautiful lakes and is a haven for children and adults alike. There are numerous walking and cycle paths. We are 50 minutes from Limoges (URL HIDDEN) The area is stunning and life here is all about relaxing.......

Beautiful cottage in "La France Profonde"

This cottage oozes simple rural French charm with modern conveniences and relaxation: a break away - privacy and tranquillity in the heart of Paradis(e). The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market. Maison Pech du Bournat

Au coeur du parc Périgord Limousin, maison de campagne confortable où il fait bon se ressourcer au prés de la cheminée. Amateurs de nature venez parcourir les circuits Vtt et pédestres. Restaurant à 500m , tous commerces 7 km, plan d'eau 12km. Les départs se font le samedi avant 11h et les arrivées après 16h. A discuter au cas par cas selon.
