Tuvumā ir sabiedriskais transports - tramvaja pietura un 20 min laikā var lēti nokļūt Vecrīgā, ar taksi – 8 min laikā. Netālu vilciena stacija braucienam uz tūristu iecienīto kūrortpilsētu Jūrmala. Dzīvoklī ir viss nepieciešamais - Queen size gulta, virtuve, duša, liels ledusskapis un veļasmašīna. Atrodas pirmajā stāvā. Pie mājas ir bezmaksas auto stāvvieta.

Modern living in a historical place

Recently renovated apartment in a 1895 building in Riga center, a stone throw away from Riga Central station, yet quiet and cosy. It has all the facilities for a modern living, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom comes with a comfortable double size bed and large built-in closet. Ideally suited for 2 people, however we could host 3 persons at a time if needed. The amenities are provided. There are many cafes and restaurants around in the area. Reasonably priced parking lot nearby.

Newly renovated, cozy 2-Bedroom Apartment in the Historic Center of Riga. High-speed internet. Very quiet street. Just a 12-minute walk to the Central Railway Station and 15 minutes to Old Riga. Avotu Street (translated as “spring water”) is well known for its many wedding shops. Free parking is available in the backyard. Please note: gatherings and parties are not allowed. We’re truly grateful for every stay — your support helps us continue renovating our 19th-century historic building 🙏♥️

Contemporary City Centre Studio

This contemporary studio apartment has been renovated and equipped with modern amenities and everything necessary for a short stay in Riga. The apartment is located on a chic street in the city center with some nice cafes and bridal shops, 12 minute walk from the central train station and 15 minute walk from the Old Town. Plenty of public transport options available within 3 minute walk, which will help you reach tourist attractions in no time. The sofa bed has been changed to a bed.

The building features a beautiful front yard where you can relax and spend some time away from the lively streets. All the popular sights, museums, shops, restaurants and bars are a couple minutes walk. You can also get a bus or a trolleybus at a dedicated stop right next to the building. There is a shopping mall with a large supermarket around the corner.
