Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Walk off the deck down to the beach for the day, hit the outdoor shower then grab dinner and drinks from one of the many neighboring restaurants. Located right in the middle of Boston (30 minutes north) and Cape Cod (30 minutes south) we are all about the outdoor entertaining here at the sunrise shack or our favorite take the party down to the beach!
