Pond View is located in centre of Four Elms village overlooking the village pond. With parking on the forecourt, it has been furnished to give that “home from home” feel. Guests, in between houses or from overseas looking for longer stays have always enjoyed their stay. Stunning views stretch to the North Downs, with a garden area to sit with a drink and watch the sun set. We have a wide variety of bird and animal life that frequents the fields and skies. Walking distance to Hever Castle and two delightful country pubs along beautiful tree- lined footpaths. If you don't want to drive, the Hever train station is only a 0.7 mile walk!

We are situated in a very beautiful spot of Sussex, 10 minutes to Ashdown Forest and only 20 minutes from Gatwick. We are 3 miles away from the center of the charming market town of East Grinstead. Unfortunately there is no public transport close to us.
