Holiday guest house

Come for the experience and stay for the comfort. A two-bedrooms guest house, which was recently built in the backyard of our house, is available for you to experience Sydney livings. The property is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, is 10 minutes walk to the bus and light rail, to the local groceries, takeaway foods and coffee shops. It is also a short driving distance to the Carlingford and Paramatta shopping centres. A continental breakfast is complemented to our guests for your convenience.

A place all to yourself! Set amongst a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, this modern private granny flat offers plenty of street parking and is located within walking distance to Epping Train/ Metro Station (1.3 km), shops, restaurants/cafes. If you are driving, it's close to major roads leading to Macquarie Shopping Centre and Sydney CBD. Convenient access to Coles, Asian Grocery, IGA and Chemists 20 mins from Accor Stadium via car 30 mins to the city via Metro. 6 mins drive to Curzon Hall.

Located in serene surroundings. Ample living space, secluded outdoor BBQ entertaining area, indoor laundry, and free street parking. Bus stop, shops, restaurants and brewery a 10 or so minute walk, with beach close by. Breakfast items (eggs, milk, bread, cereal, tea, coffee) are provided. Outdoor smoking area available. Extra guests: $40 NB: Wi-Fi is available, but, in the case of a service outage, we cannot guarentee internet availability. Likewise, TV w/ Netflix subject to availablity.

House is located in inner northwestern Sydney and 10 kilometers from CBD. It takes approximetely 15 mintues to drive or 20 mintues ride by bus to the city center. Express bus 500X and 501's bus stop is at the door step. These buses passes through main tourist spots, such as Darling Harbour, Sydney City Townhall and Circular quay. This house is on a quiet street and close to Parramatta riverside walk track. Aldi supermarket and Ryde Aquatic Center are only mintues walk.
