This holiday home is situated in a lovely residential area right in the middle of one of the most beautiful coastal regions in the world. It is approximately 1 hour north of Brisbane and about 30 minutes south of the stunning Noosa Headlands National Park. Everything you will want for a great vacation such as beaches, golf, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, shopping mall, and cinemas are very close by. We are only a 5 minute drive or 15 minute cycle away from the closest beach at Cotton Tree.

The Cottage

Our property is a short walk to the beach, down a quiet leafy street. The cottage is nestled in shady surrounds in our backyard. From a private side entrance the stepping stones lead you into an airy and welcoming self-contained cottage. On street parking is safe and directly outside the property. The cottage offers privacy and an opportunity to get-away-from-it-all and relax in your own space. There are various norestaurants within easy walking distance that offer an array of cuisines.

Sunsets on L'Estran

Spectacular sunsets overlooking the Maroochy river await you at the end of the day either spent kayaking, standup paddle boarding, or for those wanting a slower pace a walk along foreshore right at your front door. There are many beaches and walks all within 15 minutes from the property. Please note - Whilst there is a lift in the complex, this property is not suited for wheelchairs. If you require wheelchair access, we suggest you select a property that does not require lift access.
