Luca, with its beautiful ocean views, is located directly opposite Maroochydore's pristine beach. This spacious, newly renovated apartment boasts a superb location, metres from Cotton Tree Village with cafes, restaurants and shopping for your perfect relaxed beach holiday. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the iconic Chateau Royale complex with all its complementary benefits. Luca, has European beach charm, from Hand Plastered finishes to brass tap ware and soft french linen in the bedrooms.

Come & enjoy the relaxed beach town vibe of our newly decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit, located on the first floor with its own private balcony and glimpses of the sea. All the highlights of Cotton Tree are within a short stroll in any direction, so leave the car behind. The glorious patrolled beach, quiet family orientated river with its large shady trees, the array of shops along King St or Sunshine Plaza and the cafes and restaurants all designed to entice even the most discerning diner.

Cotton Tree Queenslander Apartment

Please note: Currently our neighbours are having building works done.during the week. Step behind the front wall into an oasis. This private self-contained apartment is situated in a renovated Queenslander, within easy walking distance to the beach, the river, restaurants and cafes, shops and movies. With its own private courtyard, my place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers alike. Safe on- street parking. Unfortunately the property not suited for children.

The Cottage

Our property is a short walk to the beach, down a quiet leafy street. The cottage is nestled in shady surrounds in our backyard. From a private side entrance the stepping stones lead you into an airy and welcoming self-contained cottage. On street parking is safe and directly outside the property. The cottage offers privacy and an opportunity to get-away-from-it-all and relax in your own space. There are various norestaurants within easy walking distance that offer an array of cuisines.
