Recharge and connect with nature in our cosy cabin amongst silver birch trees. Feed the red squirrels and the woodpeckers and spot the pine martens, deer and badgers. BBQ by the Burn and just unwind. Alternatively surf at Sandend, follow the whisky trail, play golf on the stunning courses and fish locally. Immerse yourself in the many historical castles and ruins. Light the log burner, cook supper in the quirky kitchen and sleep peacefully in pure linen sheets. Hot water bottles provided!

Our closest town is Huntly which has a castle, golf course, swimming pool,supermarkets, places to eat, and a newly built cinema and café. With a short drive you'll find the area bursts with castles, picturesque coastlines, quaint historic villages, antiquities, golf courses, fishing, distilleries, galleries, children’s activity centres, glorious walks, bike trails, skiing and much more besides.

The house is in a rural farm setting, only a few miles from the beautiful Moray Firth Coastline, with gorgeous coastal walks and beautiful sandy beaches. Portsoy is renowned for its acclaimed annual Scottish Traditional Boat Festival at the end of June. It's a great opportunity not to be missed!

A luxury 4 bed 4 bath stay set in 6 acres

The Old Church of Ord was built in 1834 and has recently been upgraded into a four bed roomed , four bathroom , dog friendly property set in six acres. The main hall has a wood burning stove in the seating area and a further lounge upstairs with views overlooking the garden .Outside there is a fenced garden with a barbecue , patio and wood burning hot tub for 8 with views of the surrounding countryside and Moray Firth. Off road parking in the gated area in front of the house.

Forglen Estate-Forglen Lodge

The Lodge can sleep up to 6 people. It has a lovely Scottish heritage feel inside and lots of architectural character on the outside. The mantel for the open fire inside was made from elm wood grown on the estate and there is some history to be discovered about the external features . Shannelton House is located in the beautiful Aberdeenshire countryside approximately 6 miles from Banff in north-east Scotland. Our accommodation is a converted steading which comprises of 3 self contained holiday apartments. All our apartments are a "home-from-home" and kitchens equipped with everything you need along with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. You can also enjoy a movie in our cinema room, work out in the gym or work up a sweat in the sauna.

Cosy, homely, private cottage in the beautiful Aberdeenshire countryside. Light the log burner and sit back to relax. The old schoolhouse (built in 1866) has loads of character and feels remote and quiet despite being well situated just off the main Banff/Huntly road. Banff is about 5 minutes drive. The garden is large and you have full run of the whole premises during your stay. There are some lovely walks from the house.
