The Barn; Kyangatha - relax and rejuvenate

Ideal for one or two couples or families. Welcome to The Barn an idyllic farm stay less than an hour's drive from Sydney. The Barn is a spacious rustic sandstone and timber hideaway with expansive views of pasture, river and the hills and bushland of Popran and Dharug National Parks. It's an ideal place to get away and be reinvigorated in comfort. Enjoy calming walks around the property, relax by the river, go for a paddle, toast marshmallows in the fire pit or have a BBQ at the water's edge.

Gymea Cottage - Pure Valley

Gymea Cottage is a two-storey cabin. The upper deck is independent of the lower floor & has a private bedroom, a lounge, a kitchen with a beautiful veranda between the treetops. The lower deck has a private bedroom, stunning verandah and views, but a more compact lounge & kitchen. You can indulge yourself in your own private spa and watch the stars. Idyllic location in a bush setting with lots of privacy! It is located on 126 acres of bushland with 3 other cottages spaced out on the property.

Tranquil self-contained garden suite

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.

The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. Perched on a sloping block among the tree tops, with views of the Hawkesbury River, Broken Bay and surrounding National Parks, this unique home is a place to relax and let go of the world.
