Loved the privacy and beautiful surroundings. It was the perfect quiet getaway from the city life. So relaxing and we truly wish we could gave stayed longer. The Orange Cat Cafe in Franklin was awesome and open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

This place is beautiful highly recommend I went away from my 26th birthday and I’m so glad that I picked this place such a calming getaway from 40+ hour work weeks the cabin is immaculate in the woods and extremely beautiful and relaxing. Ksenia is also really nice and super responsive and helpful. we honestly didn’t have to reach out much because she already thought of it all!

My family loved staying at Shelley's cabin! The cabin is comfy, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor deck with the hot tub, propane fires, grill & giant TV was so fabulous. My boys loved playing in the creek and hiking through the forest. The spot is peaceful and remote - just want we wanted.

I would highly recommend this property for a peaceful getaway weekend! The cabin itself is bright and beautiful and the host was incredibly responsive. Stargazing in the hot tub was absolutely the highlight!

This was a beautiful cabin! My girlfriend and I stayed here in order to visit Snowshoe mountain. Activities on the mountain ended up being a bust, so we spent a majority of our time at this cabin and it made our trip wonderful. The hot tub is great and the view from the bedroom deck is beautiful. The house was spotless and very cozy. If we ever visit again, we will definitely stay at this cabin!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin in West Virginia! The space was very clean, and the surrounding landscape was absolutely beautiful—a perfect peaceful getaway. This cabin is one of the coolest cabins we've ever stayed in! Honestly, the pictures don't quite do it justice. So much character and charm...and the kitchen had brand new, retro-looking appliances that had just been installed and just added to the whole experience! My wife and I took our son and his girlfriend for the weekend so we could celebrate her birthday and they loved it, too. We've been to Lexington a lot over the years and always enjoy walking around downtown, going to Virginia Safari Park and going to to the drive in movie theater. We're planning on going back when the weather is warmer and we can get out on the river. Betsy is a wonderful host and I honestly can't think of anything negative to say. If you're looking for a cozy, cool cabin that gives you some privacy, but is still close to Lexington, this cabin needs to be on your list! Betsy, thanks for everything!

Perfect spot for a cozy trip in the mountains! We stayed dry and warm during an especially rainy/snowy weekend. The space was very clean with a well equipped kitchen. We were even surprised with a bouquet of roses for Valentine's Day and a collection of toys for our pup.

Located close enough to the river to hear it from the cabin. Good fishing within steps of the cabin. Had a relaxing time and it’s a great place to get away.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s cabin. The space was clean and comfortable, and the views of the surrounding property were beautiful. Sarah went out of her way to make us feel both welcome and at home. In fact, she left us breakfast supplies, including fresh eggs and homemade muffins! (She even left us supples to make s’mores!) The location was super convenient for us to visit the Virginia Safari Park and the Natural Bridge State Park as well.

The view from the porch is absolutely beautiful. We loved the covered porch so very much easy access to the highway. I would stay again and hope to.

This was our third visit to the cabin. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, a nice campfire, a beautiful trout stream nearby, almost no traffic, then you’ll really enjoy Evergreen Cabin. All the conveniences of home in a beautiful setting.

This cabin was perfect for weekend in the woods. My partner and I loved walking the trails to the. various spots around the property. We traveled to the Warm Springs for a soak while in the area!

A perfect getaway that provided peaceful views, nature, and bonus for being pet friendly. Kendra's husband was doing some work on the property, it was a pleasure running into him and talking. Entire property was well kept, very satisfied.

Dana's cabin was wonderful. It was clean and fully stocked. The location is so relaxing and quiet that it is somewhat unbelievable. There are several beautiful hikes in close proximity including Chimney Rock and Seneca Rocks. The views are amazing. Please do not hesitate to stay at this cabin. Just sit on the front porch and lose yourself.

They give very clear instructions on how to get here, because it is a bit complicated, but with their help we had no problem. The area is very pretty and the cabin has everything you could want. The only difficulty we had was were no able to make phone calls, we were able to get enough of a connection at snowshoe, but be aware you will be cutoff from almost all internet uses. Outside of that we loved using the fire pit and grill every night, and we look towards our next visit!

This place was wonderful! The air bnb is a very beautiful, unique and fun historical home! Janeen was very accommodating and very responsive! The air bnb is stocked with everything you could possibly need! The back porch over looking the river was my favorite spot! Very peaceful and serene! I loved this place and would definitely stay again.

One of the best airbnb's we've stayed at, and the best for the price! Extremely clean and well-stocked kitchen, and i loved the island eating area👌 the hot tub never disappointed (the floor lock for the rear door sticks a little bit but just takes a little jostling to unlock) and the fireplace was more than enough to keep the living room warm despite near freezing temps. We didn't use the game room but it was nice to see a second living area downstairs. Directions to the house were initially a little confusing but once we realized it was a block away from the main road we never got lost again. Can't wait to come back! Melody’s Little Cabin in the Woods was exactly what my wife and I were looking for to disconnect from technology(although fast wifi was available) and reconnect with each other, and nature. We chose Melody’s accommodations because of its proximity to Big Spring Farm, and the seclusiveness of the property itself. My wife and I love the outdoors and hiking, so having some great walkable paths right outside the cabin, made for great peaceful mornings. The cabin itself was exactly as you’d expect an 1800’s cabin to feel, with the addition of the basic modern luxuries most would hope to have on a vacation. We will definitely be booking again in the future! Thank you!
