Evelyn House Studio features open plan living with creative use of greenery and shelves as a natural divider between cosy sleeping area and comfortable living space. The kitchen area is fully equipped including microwave/convection oven. The bedroom accommodation is complemented with a tastefully designed ensuite shower room. Guests will have access to the entire flat. Guests will be greeted at the property with one set of keys and are welcome to ask as many questions as they like, including recommendations for eating and drinking. The townhouses in Pierrepont Street and Pierrepont Place were named in homage to the family of Evelyn Pierrepont, 2nd Duke of Kingston upon Hull, who sold the Bath Abbey Orchards site to John Wood the Elder and his business partner. Pigsty Cottage is a spacious apartment within an Orangery, its a lovely private place to stay. Well equipped, with a top quality kingsize bed and mattress, secure parking and electric gates. A Lovely rural location, stunning gardens. Great for visits to Bath, Stonehenge, Salisbury and Devizes. We do allow a well behaved pet. If you’re planning on bringing a pet, we’d like to know in advance as we make some small changes to the furnishings accordingly. We have a strict poo pick up policy.
