This newly renovated house features an open floor plan with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Plenty of room to comfortably sleep 6-8 people. Located a mile from I-55, this property is an easy 30 minute drive to Oxford and an hour to Memphis. For visiting fishermen, it is only a few mins from Enid Dam, 20 mins from Sardis Dam, & 30 mins from Grenada Dam!

Down Home Southern Charmer

This is the home that my sister and I grew up in with our parents and younger brother, who have passed on. We love our home, and are now opening it up to guests from anywhere in the world who want a comfortable place to stay while visiting the Mississippi Delta. Available to our guests are a centrally heated and cooled home with two bedrooms, a living/dining room, a family room with TV and Internet, two bathrooms, a kitchen, washer and dryer, and a garage. And, we just put in new floors!

Twin Lakes/Old Farmhouse B&B

Located 35 minutes from Oxford and 20 minutes from Enid or Grenada Lakes. Our 130 year old farmhouse is cozy and quaint. It will sleep 7 people . There are 2 bedrooms with antique full sized beds. The master bedroom has its own half bath. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a queen sized sleeper sofa and a twin pull out loveseat. Everything has recently been remodeled. You will love our authentic 12 foot farm table that seats 12. Laundry room and fully equipped kitchen. Wifi!

Only a few minutes away from the beautiful Sardis Lake. Close to Oxford. Open concept loft with 2 king beds and memory foam mattresses. Relax on the leather sofa and enjoy watching the smart tv. Enjoy a home cooked meal in the full kitchen and custom kitchen table. Private bathroom with custom barn doors has large tile shower.

Our lake house is located on the lower Sardis lake. Walk a few steps to fish for crappie, bass and catfish off the back deck. There are two grills outside with a fire pit and two bench swings for relaxing at night. This is a great place to stay for large families or two families or a big group. Oxford and Ole Miss are just a short drive away if you are looking to hang out in the grove for a football game or just want to go shop or eat in the historic square in Oxford.

It is located right off of Hwy 35, only .9 miles from Sardis Lower Lake and 1 mile from Sardis Lake. It is only 19 miles from Vaught-Hemingway Stadium. 30’x20’ covered parking with motion sensors lights for multiple vehicles, truck and boat (has a cord reel).
