The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

A stylish 1 x bedroom log cabin perfect for a couple. Set in a peaceful, rural location on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Open views to the east coast some 10 miles away. The historic town of Louth with it's many cafes, restaurants & independent shops is only 5 minutes away. Coastal towns of Skegness, Mablethorpe & Cleethorpes, Market town of Horncastle, Dambusters famous Woodall Spa & Lincoln Cathedral are within local area. Ramblers rejoice! There are many picturesque walks nearby.

Remote and tucked away down a private lane and surrounded by wide open arable and grazing (sheep) fields, this detached barn conversion is in a great holiday location to get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life, and a relaxing base from which to explore the area.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.
