Perfect place to visit 3 sisters springs and very easy communication with Don

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property for a quick getaway! Great central location to every thing —Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Icon Park, malls etc. Would definitely stay again.

Lovis was an excellent host! My family and I arrived at the Airbnb quite late, but Lovis was incredibly accommodating and maintained great communication with us throughout. We truly appreciate the hospitality—thank you again, Lovis!

Good value close to I-Drive and Universal. Ubers were normally only 5-10 minutes and not expensive. It is fairly "walkable" to Universal for those that enjoy walking. Lol. The view is wonderful in the evenings....can see the lights of the attractions and just very pretty. It is half a block off of I-Drive and a couple decent restaurants and "toursity" things. There is a legit Irish pub near there that is AMAZING if you want a true Irish pub experience.

We had a great stay for seven nights waiting for our grandson to be born. William was always available for any questions and very flexible with our circumstances. The lake across the street was peaceful and the house was just a short walk to a different coffee shop every day! We will definitely look to stay here again! Thank you, William!

I absolutely loved the location of the historical home - it was so convenient with easy parking available. The cleanliness and organization of the home truly impressed me, and the thoughtful amenities like snacks and water were a really nice touch. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. But the highlight for me was definitely the amazing shower - it was even better than what you'd find at a 5-star hotel! We had such a great time during our stay and can't wait to come back. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!

The house was beautiful. The pool was nice. The only downside was the house is very close to a very very busy road. It was great that dogs were allowed but would have preferred a fenced in back yard. Jesus and family were extremely nice.

House was beautiful, was in a peaceful neighborhood, Ron was very informative and helpful responded quickly, had more than enough amenities and even had extra things you wouldn’t even think of needing. Was a wonderful time and host.

We enjoyed our stay at Jill's listing. It was exactly as described & more. Very clean, had everything to make our stay comfortable. Definitely will book again if in the area.

Chad and Lindsey were great hosts. We appreciated their hospitality. The home was very nice. the area is great it location is close to everything you need. Our month long stay was a great value and well worth cost. We would highly recommend Chad and Lindsey's place if you're looking for a relaxing getaway.

The location was perfect for me sightseeing, work, relaxation, etc.], and check-in was smooth and easy. karen was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Very cute and comfortable house. We enjoyed the farmers market and long bike ride along the Withlacoochee Stste trail nearby. Great restaurants downtown.

We really enjoyed staying in this home. The rooms were so much bigger than they seemed in the pictures and I absolutely loved all the windows so that we could see the beautiful surroundings. The morning sun rose above a pond-filled pasture and it was amazing. Everyone in my family said they slept so soundly in this house and the beds were comfortable. We especially liked that there wasn't clutter or rugs in this home because, although we have a pet, we are also allergic to some pet dander in places that cannot be cleaned properly. I am happy to say that we had no problems with allergies here. The towels and bedding were very clean and there were extra blankets and pillows available if we needed them. They also have many items for babies that could really make it easier on families to not have to pack those things. Marjorie responded quickly and was always friendly when I contacted her. We would most definitely stay here again.

so easy to rate this stay five stars. Everything was super clean, the kitchen amenities worked great and we cooked with them 4/5 nights we stayed. The hot tub and pool was also very clean refreshing. Our stay was so great we even tried to extend our stay, but unfortunately it was all booked up (and again I can see why). we definitely will be returning in the coming years

Terrace on Ten Aqua was exactly as advertised and exactly what we needed but it completely exceeded our expectations. The location, view and accommodations were perfect for our family. The host goes above and beyond by providing supplies, gifts and information like the location of the fireworks that can be seen from the terrace and places to eat nearby. We really appreciated his efforts to create a fun experience. As a host myself, I know how much effort it takes to provide and keep up with that kind of attentiveness.

An awesome stay for a week! we recommend this place for anyone wanting to be in a great location near everything on International Drive. Host Maxine is great and helped when we needed it. Thanks Maxine! We will be back.

The place was beautiful and clean! They had extra towels and linens, and lots of utensils and cooking ware! Mustafa was friendly and responsive!

The place was totally renovated, Spotless, everything was furnished. We loved the washer and dryer in the unit, beautiful kitchen, new bathrooms, beautiful living room, leather couch, neighbors were quiet and very friendly. We could walk to grocery stores. , restaurants, shopping, park Avenue . We sat by the lake, just a few doors down everyday . Price was very affordable. This was our favorite place to stay, we stayed 6 weeks .

This was a nice little spot! The laminate wood flooring throughout gave the unit a really nice feel, and everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having easily accessible charging plugs right next to the bed – so convenient! The water pressure in the shower was also great. Beyond the practicalities, the inside was quite stylish. It offered a comfortable amount of space for one person or a couple. The location was great for my needs, offering easy access to Gainesville while being just on the outskirts of the University of Florida. I'd definitely recommend this Airbnb!
