The Hideaway

Located in a small New England town with a private entrance and deck. The room is bright with natural light tucked away towards the back of the house that is why I call it "The Hideaway". The space is just a 5 minute walk to the town beach and a 20-25 minute walk to the village and public library. I enjoy meeting new visitors and I am happy to share some local knowledge about the area. I am also respectful of my guests privacy and use texts and or email to communicate as well.

Minutes away from town beaches, bike path, golf, and shopping. Parking for approximately 4 cars.

Thimble Cottage

My place is close to Tabor Academy, Sippican Harbor, Marion Village and Town playground, Beverly Yacht Club, the beach, parks, art and culture, restaurants and dining. Pedestrian friendly sidewalks! You’ll love my place because it is a quaint New England seaside cottage with nooks and gardens, super cozy and known locally as the Thimble Cottage. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) and Tabor Academy visitors.

Mink Cove Treehouse

A unique adult adventure awaits in this cozy hand crafted tree house! Nestled 12 feet off the ground amongst the chirping birds, red oaks & breathtaking views of Mink Cove in Buzzards Bay. The tree house is accessible by a suspension bridge that leads you to a partially covered porch where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or sit back & take in the sunset with a glass of wine. Step inside to the living space & snuggle up on the couch for an intimate evening.

Seaglass Cottage

Welcome to your home away from home in this cozy cottage just 200 yards from the neighborhood beach. This 600 sq. foot cottage has two small bedrooms, and a common area with all the necessary amenities. Main St amenities, town park, and the Cape Cod Canal are all an easy walking distance of less than a mile. Walking trails, shopping centers, beaches, water park, historical sites and so many other adventures are a short drive away.

The Ideal Spot

The perfect getaway in Falmouth for all seasons! Our home is beautifully located overlooking Bourne’s Farm and we are steps away to the picturesque Shining Sea Bike Path. Enjoy a beautiful scenic 8.5 mile ride winding your way thru the Sippewisset marsh and along the coastline to the seaside village of Woods Hole. Where you can enjoy the local restaurants ,shops and science learning or jump on the ferry to Marta’s Vineyard.

Studio Apartment w/sm Kitchen

Studio apartment that is well suited for a couple and young family. Children under twelve years of age will not be charged the extra fee. There is an added fee for extra adults over 2. This is a small space for 3 adults. This is our own home in which the studio apartment is above the garage. This was added for our daughter who attended a local college. She live there for 5 years while attending college.
