This beach is ideal for kayaking. Plymouth also boasts 4 of top 10 rated public golf courses in MA.

At the end of our road is a small private tidal beach on Sippican Harbor, perfect for boating, fishing, & swimming. Ideal for exploring Cape Cod, Providence, and Newport, and only an hour and a half from Boston. A tranquil & relaxing retreat for a small family or group of friends.

My place is close to Tabor Academy, Sippican Harbor, Marion Village and Town playground, Beverly Yacht Club, the beach, parks, art and culture, restaurants and dining. Pedestrian friendly sidewalks! You’ll love my place because it is a quaint New England seaside cottage with nooks and gardens, super cozy and known locally as the Thimble Cottage. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) and Tabor Academy visitors.

Cape Cod Area Ocean Front home with Private Beach

Our seaside home offers all the joy and beauty of Cape Cod, but as we are just before the bridges, you aren't stuck in Summer traffic. The house is old but if one thinks of Our House as a cross between a rough camp and a seaside Summer House, expectations will be well met. We are on a private road at it's end with only one neighbor next door and a private beach. Enjoy the solitude and sea view. Not suitable for children under 5. No large parties

Close to Ned Point Lighthouse, restaurants, bike bath with Buzzard Bay views, walking trails, historic New Bedford and the Whaling Museum! Approx 30 min to Bourne Bridge to Cape Cod but......Mattapoisett is special and doubt you will want to leave. Wonderful town to visit all year round. 1 Week minimum in the summer months unless special offer approved.
