Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

This cozy cottage is located on a private 42 acre, spring fed, crystal clear private pond. Enjoy kayaking, swimming or fishing from the dock or just relax on the deck overlooking the pond. Sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms and trundle bed in the 4 season room. There is good fishing and canal cruises, cafes and restaurants close by and a summer concert series in park. Moraine Cottage is a charming, airconditioned cottage up a hill in the woods of West Falmouth. Walking distance to West Falmouth Market, Village Café and Eulinda's Ice Cream is 1 min., 3 min. walk to the Shining Sea Bikeway and 20 min. walk (3 min. drive) to Chapoquoit beach. Ideal for a young, energetic family with unlimited mobility. No pets please! Attic bedroom, small bedroom w/bunk bed for 2 kids, living room w/sofa bed for 2, covered porch, outdoor table and shower.
