Newly remodeled and nicely equipped upstair apartment. Close downtown Silverton and the Oregon Gardens. The kitchen has granite countertops with induction cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. A deep soaking tub and shower sets off the tiled bathroom with heated floors. Living room includes TV and internet, sofa and writing desk. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, dresser and spacious closet. The outside deck has a breath taking view looking toward downtown Silverton just 2 blocks away.

The condo is an 800 sq. ft. apartment located above our working shop & is separate from our home, w/ a hot tub you reserve. The main open loft space has a king bed & single sofa sleeper. There is a separate bedroom space w/ a full bed. It has a small bathroom & kitchen. The condo & our home are on 2 acres with lush trees & close to vineyards, such as, Coria, Willamette Valley, and Ankeny & beautiful parks, a wildlife refuge, & rivers. Our 2 dogs will greet you upon arrival. Dogs ok. No cats

Silver Falls Cozy Studio-1/2 mi to Silver Falls

Come hike the falls in Silverton!! Silver Falls is an Oregon state treasure, and one of the most visited parks. Enjoy a memorable experience when you stay in this peaceful, unique place. Our hidden gem is surrounded by the forest, in the foothills of the Cascade mountains, directly across from Silver Falls State Park. A short 1/2 mile walk will bring you to the North Falls parking lot, or use our pass* for free parking anywhere within the state park. *Pass must be returned before checkout.

Peace and Quiet on a Farm in the Country

Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country in a 2 bedroom apartment on a working berry farm. The apartment is located in a separate building away from the main house so there is lots of privacy as well. You can even pick your own marionberries and blueberries when in season. There are also a number of u-pick farms and farm stands in the area. When the restrictions for COVID-19 are lifted, you can be assured that the space will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

You'll be close to everything Salem! This is an entire unit in a duplex with privacy. Enjoy wifi, full coverage cell service, and Xfinity hotspot service. You'll have the entire place to yourself. My family lived here from 2015-2022 when we decided to move to a bigger place. We rent our place exclusively on Airbnb and our retired parents have the space nextdoor. We have the best of both worlds. Our home is location down a long country road in Willamette Valley, yet we are only 4 or 5 miles to town. There you can have a great dinner, shop for groceries, take a trip to a winery or see a see a movie.
