Our carriage house (built 2019) sits behind our historic home on the near eastside of Indianapolis. We curated the space with the modern traveler in mind- from the design to the local coffee and art. The Woodruff Place Carriage House is in a beautiful, historic (very family and walker-friendly) neighborhood just 1 mile east of downtown Indy. You will be in close distance to restaurants, bakeries, breweries, walking/biking trails and plenty of entertainment. The Carriage House is located above a 3-car, detached garage and is private, with the exception of the homeowners coming and going. You will access the garage via street parking and walking through the backyard.

This is a wonderful, super comfortable, fully private space! Very modern, artsy and fun! In a fabulous historic home built in 1895. You will love it here! Check out all of the pictures - I try to show you all the details. There is ample parking right in front of the house on the street. Pets are allowed - for a $40 per stay fee.

This is a fun 1,000 sq. foot space that is very modern and new. It is only used for guests, so I decided to put it on Airbnb. This is a private dwelling and I know you will enjoy your stay. Thanks for looking! If needed, there is a chair lift. The space has one queen bed and also a couch bed.
