Once you enter this home you will experience a sunny, welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. This spacious home is upgraded with sun roofs, vinyl plank flooring, modern faucets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, and the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There are 2 smart TVs, 2 outdoor porches, and a grill. We have one of the largest corner lots in The Villages. Outdoor seating, pool is screened in. Our kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, the home is spotless clean with little luxuries that will surprise you. We are half way between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter. Easy cart ride to eat, dance, shop, golf, & more! #memories

Two bed/two bath 1500 sq ft villa located on Fiddlers Green RV Ranch. Views of lake and paddock from living room and master. Master bath has Roku TV, stand alone shower and jetted tub. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, dishes, glasses, pot and pans, Keurig etc. Living room/dining area has large table for six, a couch and Roku TV. Second bedroom has 2 double beds with access to 2nd bathroom with tub/shower. Grill and table and chairs on deck. Max of 6.
