Située dans une magnifique bastide provençale entourée d’oliviers centenaires, cette chambre indépendante tout confort de 15 m2, avec salle de bain et WC, a été entièrement rénovée récemment, elle possède un accès privé depuis l’extérieur et une terrasse privative côté jardin. Vous pourrez garer votre voiture à l'intérieur de la propriété qui est clôturée et sécurisée. Ce havre de paix se trouve en position centrale sur la Côte d’Azur : à pied la gare de Biot est à 13 min et la plage à 15 min.

Half way from Nice and Monaco, in Eze pedestrian medieval village charming suite in a XVI centuty small house with a roof terrace overlooking the mediterranean sea . Living and sitting room with fireplace on the first level, then the bedroom and a semi opened bathroom with a lighted bath and shower. A magic and romantic accommodation right in the middle of the old village of Eze famous for its hand craft its art galleries, its restaurants and the exotic garden at the top. An amazing view !!!

Bienvenue chez Laurence et Claude, retraités tous les deux, nous proposons à la location un studio indépendant avec coin cuisine, attenant à notre maison. Situé à 3km de la mer et de Marineland, 15 km de l'aéroport, moins de 1.5 km de la Bastide du Roy. Parking gratuit. Je parle Allemand, et un peu anglais, mon mari Claude parle Italien, et mon fils parle anglais. Avant de réserver, merci de bien prendre connaissance des conditions générales dans la rubrique à savoir.
