Very beautiful apartment with an amazing view in the big residence pool and greenery. There are plenty of parking sports inside the secured residence and the location is perfect with only few steps away from the Cabo Negro's most busy area with a plenty of great restaurants.

Souad and her husband are just the sweetest! The staff were warm and welcoming and made sure we spent a good time. The place was great and clean. The location is very easy to find, surrounded by beautiful views, and close to everything.

El alojamiento es maravilloso. Muy bonito, cómodo, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días increíbles. Vivir en plena Medina es algo que debe experimentarse. Está situado muy cerca de una de las puertas de la Medina, así que es fácil recorrer esa zona y acceder a otras partes de Tetuán. Said, que fue la persona encargada de recibirnos, es estupendo y estará atento a cualquier cosa que necesites. Incluso una noche nos trajo una típica cena marroquí cocinada en su propia casa que fue una maravilla. Muchísimas gracias por todo Said. El último día fue todo lo flexible que necesitábamos para aprovechar cada minuto en Tetuán y no preocuparnos del equipaje. Sin duda, si quieres vivir y experimentar la vida en Tetuán te recomiendo 100% este alojamiento.

Super séjour ! Le logement est conforme à la description : très propre, bien situé, et avec une excellente literie (ce qui est souvent le talon d’Achille de nombreux logements Airbnb). L’hôte a été réactive, accueillante et attentionnée. Je recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec plaisir ! Un grand merci à Lamyae !!! Un grand merci également à Yassine, qui nous a accueillis avec le sourire malgré notre arrivée tardive.

Mon séjour dans cet appartement a été tout simplement parfait ! L'appartement correspondait exactement à la description, très propre et bien agencé. La vue depuis la terrasse sur la piscine est magnifique, un vrai plus pour se détendre. L'hôte a été très à l'écoute, serviable et extrêmement sympathique, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et j'y retournerai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain passage dans la région !

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, offering a serene escape while still being close to all the attractions. The accommodations were spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, creating an inviting atmosphere that felt like a true home away from home. Communication was seamless, with the host being responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. She truly made sure we had everything we needed and more.

The host and his father where very responsive, i recommend them. For the appartement, the kitchen, bedroom, living room and 2nd room were clean, but the bathroom should be reviewed because the shower is clocked at my first shower, and after that the smell was little bit not good, the apartment is in the ground floor soo it’s not too quiet outside until past midnight (summer time).

J’ai séjourner chez Khalid durant septembre, à notre arrivé l’appartement était propre avec une vue magnifique. La résidence est fermé sécurisée et parking sur place. Mes parents ont profité de la piscine car il faisait encore beau. À la prochaine inchaa allah

Mon séjour chez Akoudad était excellent. L'appartement est très propre et l'emplacement est sécurisé. Rien à reprocher, la description correspond parfaitement à la réalité du logement.
