Ha un ingresso indipendente ed è situato in una silenziosa corte privata con giardino recintato. La dependence è dotato di quanto può rendere confortevole un soggiorno di vacanza per un massimo 4 persone. La struttura è situata nel centro di Follonica a 600 metri dal mare e 200 dalla stazione ferroviaria, vicina a tutti i servizi.

5000mq garden, very close (less than 60m) from two amazing beaches called Padulella and Capobianco and from a restaurant on the beach. On Padulella there is also a private access and a shelter for seaside stuffs. Panoramic garden with sea view; table tennis; private parking. In the range of 1 km there is the town center of Portoferraio with bars and restaurants.Portoferraio is the biggest town of the island.We prefere rent for a week, from saturday.to families or couples over 25.

Si trova a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia di Capobianco, Sottobomba e a pochi km dal centro di Portoferraio. Ideale per famiglie con bambini o coppie. In zona partono percorsi trekking ed è possibile passeggiare all'interno della proprietà fino ad una meravigliosa uliveta dove ad ottobre si può osservare la raccolta delle nostre olive.

The apartment is located between maremma pine forest and sea. The access to the Rocchette beach is in front of the house just 5 minutes by walk in the pine forest. You can reach also the historical of village Castiglione della Pescaia in 10 min with the shuttle or a car (the bus stop is in front of the house, shuttles run every 20 minutes until 00.30). A very suitable place for someone who loves nature and silence

Nella parte bassa con ingresso e giardino indipendente, si trova un delizioso monolocale che può essere affittato aparte. La Dependance con bagno si trova nel giardino per ulteriori 2 persone.

The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
