This cozy studio in seaside is recently renovated it includes most necessary amenities. There is a beautiful front yard below with a waterfall/ pond and fire pit area that is shared with front unit. The studio has a gas fireplace and lots of skylights for plenty of light. Fancy-Free by the Sea

Petite but sweet studio built by our grandfather, Chaz, in 1940. It is one of four units formerly known as Piney Woods Lodge, where our grandparents welcomed travelers for years. We're excited to return Francy Free to its roots and hope you will join us (two sisters) in continuing their legacy. Studio is ground-level, easy to access and a short (1/2 mile) stroll through the woods to downtown and iconic Carmel beach.
