"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Unser Apartment ist mit Altholz, Stein, und hochwertigen Materialen im alpinen Stil eingerichtet. Die meisten Möbel sind schöne Einzelstücke. Wir haben uns den Kopf zerbrochen wie wir das größtmögliche Wohlfühlgefühl erzeugen können. Reinkommen und wohlfühlen, dabei die tolle Aussicht zum Predigtstuhl bestmöglich genießen können war das Ziel. Im Apartmenthaus gibt es einen großen Panoramapool und einen mickrigen Fitnessbereich😂Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und eine sehr gute Erreichbarkeit.

Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig und voll ausgestattet. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmer. Im Wohnschlafraum ist die offene Küche (mit Geschirrspüler). Im Wohnbereich finden Sie eine große luxuriöse Schlafcouch mit 140 cm Liegebreite. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem großem Doppelbett und einer weiteren Schlafcouch ausgestattet. Vom großen Balkon genießen Sie den herrlichen Ausblick auf das Steinerne Meer! Ein 48" Flatscreen TV, einen DVD Player und kostenfreies WLAN sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Die Wohnung befindet sich nur ca. 1,5 km vom Zentrum von Maria Alm sowie dem Einstieg in das Hochkönig Skigebiet entfernt und ist auch bequem per Bus erreichbar. Die unzähligen Ausflugsziele in der Region machen deinen Urlaub zu einem echten Erlebnis.
