Cottage with Parking, close to Sea in Old Town

We love Margate and we think our cottages are the perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to give! Cottage no 14 is located right in the heart of Margate's Old Town. It is one of two cottages that we offer, both of which are tucked away in a private gated courtyard on Love Lane. The cottages are literally yards from the many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars that the Old Town has to offer and are a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach. And we have parking!

Holly Tree Cottage - A Hidden Gem in the Old Town

A beautiful hidden cottage on the edge of the Old Town, tucked away among the trees with private driveway, front garden and just a few minutes stroll through the vintage shops, award-winning restaurants, bars and cafes to the beach. Our historic cottage has been newly restored to a high standard with contemporary furnishings and bespoke features throughout. Located in a perfect green and tranquil spot, the wonderful Turner Contemporary art Gallery and main sands are just a 3 minute walk away.

Grace Cottage, Grade II Listed, Seaside Retreat.

A romantic 19th-century Grade II listed mini-townhouse in Ramsgate's historic Regency Liverpool Lawn. Built in 1830 perfectly located between the town center, Royal Harbour, and Ramsgate Main Sands beach. Restaurants, sea views, art, and culture are all nearby. Enjoy the cottage’s privacy, vintage décor, wood-burning stoves, and rich history. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and dogs, with a local vegan guidebook included. The Little House in Broadstairs is a 3 storey cottage which has been renovated, with a modern cottage style. The ground floor has plenty of space for storage & relaxing - with a boot room, lounge and a dining /work space in the cellar. On the first floor, there are two good sized bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 (one double bed & one triple bunk, although, top bunk only suitable for children). Wardrobes in both bedrooms. Bathroom located on the ground floor. Wifi and private garden.

This is a central, cocooning and calming retreat, whether you're sightseeing or beachcombing. Walk 10 seconds to see the sea, 5 minutes and you're on the sand, or 1 second to sit in the garden. We've furnished the home slowly, with mid-century treasures, contemporary pieces, and a few Georgian antiques as a nod to the building's beginnings.

On a quiet road hidden behind the high street with its shops, restaurants and bars. 2 minute walk to sandy Viking Bay. Broadstairs train station is a 5 minute walk away with its high speed services. The regular loop bus service can take you to Ramsgate Harbour, Margate (Turner Museum) and Westwood.

Bay Cottage is a beautiful 18th-century retreat set in the heart of Broadstairs. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all just a two-minute walk away, making it the perfect base for a relaxing seaside escape. We’re pleased to welcome dogs; however, we kindly ask that they are not permitted upstairs in the bedrooms. An additional pet fee of £25.00 will be requested at the time of booking.
