It takes only 5 minutes to access the Bruce Highway. A 5-minute drive to Dholes Rocks boat ramp & esplanade to access Moreton Bay. North Lakes Westfield Shopping Centre, along with IKEA, Costco and all the big names are also within a 10-minute drive.

This is our home where we’ve spent many happy years but we’ve moved out of town for work so now we hope you enjoy your time here as much as we have!

Perfect Quiet Retreat

IMPORTANT: there is a 2 person maximum. If you are a healthy person and want to isolate yourself from everyone and also the city life, then this place is perfect for you. You will have a whole separate and independent apartment on the second floor of the house. Connected to wifi and and only 1 hour away from Brisbane, 1 minute drive to the beach and 1 min drive to the supermarket, post office, petrol station, and restaurants. Our place is for respectful, non-partying people only.

Relax in the heart of Ashgrove. With access to the lower level of our home including: use of kitchen, lounge and bathroom. The 2 bedrooms both have air-conditioning, fans and plenty of cupboard space. Large flat screen tv including Streaming services & good wifi. A short walk to the bus station which will take you to the city (4 kms away) or central Ashgrove (1km). NB: There is no parking on premises but available parking less than a minutes walk.

Kick back and relax in this calm stylish space. This lovely home's kitchen, adjoining lounges, dining, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and outdoor patio will be entirely yours to enjoy. This home is a few minutes walk to Newport canals, Dolphins shopping centre, and KO stadium and a few minutes drive to Redcliffe beaches and hospital. It is the perfect place to hideaway in a quiet leafy part of Newport while also being so close to the bay and amenities.
