Farm View Villa

Beautiful scenery, seven minute drive to Margaret River town and both Gracetown and Prevelly beaches, farm stay experience. IMPORTANT: This apartment is attached to our family home and you might hear our children sometimes. Bonus: Kids might play together ;-) Farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Paddock House

Located between town and the beach. A 3 bedroom courtyard house is nestled amongst grass trees, tea-tree and eucalypts. The bespoke design maximises northern light and thoughtfully offers views to the native bushland. Unique spaces and dark interiors connect you to the landscape in this contemporary home. Just off the iconic Caves Rd, only a 5 minute drive to Prevelly and less than 10 minutes to town, this property is an ideal location to connect with the landscape and explore the region.

Freshwater House

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

The Cabin Margaret River

The Cabin is a beautiful artisan building using local timbers and rustic decor. It’s comfortably set amongst 75 acres of farmland and bush. It is the spot to relax and rejuvenate. The Cabin is completely off grid using solar energy and rainwater. Located close to Witchcliffe and 15 min from Margaret River town. The beautiful coastal beaches of Redgate, Contos, Hamelin Bay and Augusta are minutes away. Close to good food, wineries and beaches. Dog Friendly on request!

The River Barn+optional sauna-walk to town & river

Escape to a unique loft retreat. This newly built stay features a spacious loft bedroom; you can enjoy views of nearby native trees or lie in bed and stargaze through the roof window. Arthouse SIX

An amazing down-south getaway, close to town and designed for total relaxation. Local artists’ work is displayed throughout the home, creating a warm, boutique feel. Enjoy a beautiful deck with your own waterfall plunge pool and soak spa. The home has a flexible bedroom setup: three bedrooms in total, including an upstairs master suite with private ensuite. Bookings for 1–4 guests operate as a two-bedroom stay; bookings for 5–6 guests include the master suite.
