The apartments are adults only. Fiber internet all around the property. 2x Washing-machines & dryer. Warning: there are stairs within the property as shown in the photos.

The property does not have private parking but you will find street parking right outside the property, an independent entrance with double security and security cameras monitoring the entrance. "El Catamarán" is a Mexican style apartment, ideal for 2-4 people. It has a double bed , a full bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen bar and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge and dining ware). The apartment is located in Guanajuato downtown, just a 10-minute walk to Jardín de la Unión, Callejón del Beso and most of the city highlights.
