This 2-level spacious home is located at the foot of the "A" Mountain/3 blocks from historic Murphy Ave. A great home base for day trips to Big Bend National Park, Marfa, Marathon, and Fort Davis. You will be blocks from several shops, restaurants, bars, and art galleries. The 3 bedrooms have a queen size bed.. There are 2 sofas that are not sleeper sofas. Kathryn's Corner Cottage is located in a popular residential area in Alpine called Carpenter addition. It is beautifully landscaped and features ample parking. 2BR/1BA (master bedroom -king 400 series Serta adjustable bed; 2nd bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed) each with their own smart tvs. The home has a large dining room for meals and gatherings and a sunroom with a gas log fireplace is located at the back of the home perfect for reading, bird watching, or just relaxing.

Lovely Marfa Hideaway

Our beautiful compound at the edge of town has two buildings: The front is for living and dining, and the back is for sleeping. It's a short walk between the two through a blooming desert garden and vine-covered pergola. Climb the spiral stairs at the front house to the roof deck for unobstructed views of the sunset, sunrise, and the Milky Way. We are five minutes from downtown. Dogs are accepted with pre-approval and a $50 flat fee--no more than one dog.
