Charming 17:th century apartment in the old town.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

Located on the top floor without elevator, the apartment offers a very nice view of the roofs and the bell tower of the church on the Old Town In just 5 minutes of walking, you reach the beach Although in the heart of the picturesque and vibrant Old Nice, the apartment is located in a lively street Other remarks, the apartment is located on the 5th and last floor and the last part of the stairs is a little narrow Be careful the stairs can be scary, but the apartment deserves a little effort

Half way from Nice and Monaco, in Eze pedestrian medieval village charming suite in a XVI centuty small house with a roof terrace overlooking the mediterranean sea . Living and sitting room with fireplace on the first level, then the bedroom and a semi opened bathroom with a lighted bath and shower. A magic and romantic accommodation right in the middle of the old village of Eze famous for its hand craft its art galleries, its restaurants and the exotic garden at the top. An amazing view !!!
