Waterfront and close to Granite Peak. Lake feel. In the City of Wausau on the Wis River in a quiet neighborhood with an up north feel. Summer kayaks and paddle boat available . Dock out back for your boat. So much to do. And downtown Wausau 4 minutes away. Fall has changing of the leaves. Winter we are 10 min to Granite Peak ski hill. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Relax or keep busy with a list of events and places provided in a folder at the cottage .

Eau Pleine lake house

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on the Eau Pleine. With 450’ of lake frontage you have plenty of space to spread out and play in the water. Enjoy your morning coffee rain or shine on either the back deck or on the covered porch. Catch fish off the dock or take one of the 5 kayaks or the paddle boat for a spin around the lake. Perfect location to catch a sunset as you roast s’mores. Within driving distance to granite peak ski resort and direct snowmobile trail access.

If you want to get out and about, you can walk, bike or drive 1.2 miles to Bluegill Bay Park, and you're only 2.2 miles from Rib Mountain State Park and the Granite Peak Ski Area.

This marvelous pet-friendly property has 3 bedrooms including 2 full beds, 1 king bed, 1 twin bed, and a cozy little treehouse type loft with a twin mattress, that the kids love! There is 1.5 bathrooms with all the linens included. The Kitchen has all new appliances, along with all the basic cooking needs. Relax on the upper or lower wrap around porch. Pontoon rentals available.

This quiet, 4 bedroom lake house is not only on the water, but a short, five minute drive to Rib Mountain Skiing, a three minute drive to a boat launch, as well as everything Rib Mountain has to offer; shopping, restaurants, night life, and various outdoor activities. It has everything you need to make your holiday warm, comfortable and full of bliss! Cleaning fee credited for all stays 7 days or longer. We can also set up the basement living room area to be a work space.

The cabin, one of two, is a functional, newly remodeled approx 400 sq ft design with your vacation in mind! Swim, kayak, paddle-board (both free to use) & fish! Minutes from other fishing lakes, snow mobile trails, Ice Age Trail, Eau Claire Dells, golf courses, casinos, and Mountain Bay Trail. 30 min from Granite Peak.

This getaway has a private bedroom and living room with a queen pull out sofa bed to sleep two more! There's a fire table on the front patio and a fire pit in the backyard for your evening entertainment. Kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe are here for you to use!
