This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Our one-room apartment is located in a quiet part of the city, only 15 minutes' walk to the city center and 20 minutes to the nearest beach. In the immediate vicinity, about a 2-minute walk away, there is a mini market, a stand with local fruits and vegetables, and several restaurants. The apartment has a private balcony overlooking the garden and greenery.

Breezy flat in the middle of the old town with dreamy seaview and great amenities. Air-conditioned throughout and recently refurbished, this space is a few minutes on foot from literally everything Rovinj has to offer. Disclaimer - the big downfall are the awfully steep steps that lead to it - not for the faint - hearted or guests with reduced mobility.
