The apartment is located on the 5th floor (elevator available), just a few meters from the beach of the Mar Menor. The building is located next to the protected nature reserve of the Salinas de Marchamalo, where you can spot flamingos. In the evening you can see the lights of the buildings on La Manga. Very sunny and newly renovated penthouse right on the promenade with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the pool. It has a spacious living room and 2 bedrooms with direct access to a large terrace where you can rest, sunbathe and lunch. The apartment is fully equipped (bed linen, towels, kitchenware...) with WIFI and AC. Located in the most touristic area. En este alojamiento se respira tranquilidad: ¡relájate con tú pareja y no te vayas sin bucear en Cabo de Palos!!! Desde el balcón podréis disfrutar de un precioso amanecer desde el mar Mediterráneo y un brutal atardecer por la Laguna de Mar Menor. El apartamento está totalmente reformado y equipado. Con una fantástica ubicación, a dos minutos de ambas playas!! Hay supermercados por la zona y un amplio servicio de bares y restaurantes a pegados al Mar Mediterráneo 😍.
