Peaceful, private, perfect home from home

Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Mapperley, with it's wide-range of cafes, bars, restaurants and real-ale pubs, this delightful self-contained and completely private annex is the perfect getaway for visitors to Nottingham. Situated in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, there are shops, supermarkets, takeaways, chemists and launderettes within walking distance. Bus services run into the city centre every few minutes. A five-minute drive takes you to the beautiful countryside of Nottinghamshire.

There are lots of local places of interest to explore during your visit, such as Nottingham Science park, Nottingham Castle, Stonebridge City Farm and Colwick Country Park. Carlton high street is a 10 minutes walk where you will find a range of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. All of this makes Claygate Place ideal for leisure and business.
