There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing. Great for hours of relaxation and making memories,....for our booked guests only. (ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS). Please respect the owners and our neighbors.

All living spaces have been recently renovated and are on one floor with no need to climb stairs (after the front porch)! The home is centrally located and only minutes away from Washburn University, Hummer Sports Park, Stormont Vail Events Center and pretty much anything else you might be in town for!

Close to VA Med Center & Washburn Univ. Minutes from State Capitol & Downtown. Centrally located from downtown and west side ( where all the chain stores and restaurants are located). NO parties are to be hosted in our house. NO smoking of any kind inside the house.

Country setting five minutes from civilization. Self contained suite shares one common wall with main house. Full kitchen, and laundry facilities. Master bath has shower for all guests to share. Kitchen/dining area has table with seating for 4. Enjoy the deck, grounds and grill. Watch the pond for blue herring, ducks and geese while in season! Some exterior areas are under video surveillance.
