Durch die in jedem Zimmer einzeln steuerbare Klimaautomatik sowie die integrierte Fußbodenheizung herrscht stets ein wohliges Klima. Die verbaute 3-fach Verglasung hält jeglichen Lärm vom Innenraum fern.

It is located in the heart of Valpolicella Classico region, 20km from Verona and 20km from Lago di Garda. The apartment is 60m2 with King size double bedroom with a balcony, spacious bathroom and a living room with a sofa-bed, kitchen and dining table. Common areas are atrium, breakfast area, living room, library, front and back garden. Parking is on the premises. WiFi and LAN connection

Ambiente tranquilla tra lago e montagna con vista colline. Cantine di vino di grande qualità vicino alla proprietà. Valpolicella, lago di Garda, Madonna di Corona a 15 minuti con la macchina. Natura spettacolare intorno la proprietà come il monte baldo e le sue sentieri. Intorno il cottage sono da fare belle camminate.

Beautiful recently renovated apartment with air conditioned, located directly in the central square of the typical village of Castelletto di Brenzone sul Garda with lake view a few meters from the new cycle path that directly reaches Malcesine. It is close to the best restaurants in the surroundings and to the shops in the country. Excellent for couples and families with children. There is a public parking 50 m from the house for which a free permit is offered.

All the old town is only pedestrian and can only be reached on foot.
