Our cosy hut consists of a comfortable bedroom with an enchanted view of Assaroe Lake: enjoy it on our 3 deckings! The cabin is very close to our house but secluded from it, buried in the woods. The room provides a tranquill escape from frantic life:- there’s no television or WiFi, just a radio. Kitchen facilities are basic but functional. We provide the basis for a continental breakfast. Beaches and hiking trails are very close by. WE ACCEPT PETS ONLY AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THEIR OWNER.

Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

Bun House: with access to Public Jetty & Slipway

Perfectly situated on elevated private grounds 50m from the banks of Upper Lough Erne. On a lakeside setting beside a public jetty which has direct access to the Shannon-Erne Waterway and near to the National Trust Crom Estate. A spacious, bright, airy, fully equipped self-catering house which has direct access down to Bun Bridge public jetty & small craft slipway. Relax, BBQ, stroll around, swim/jump off the jetty, use the slipway to launch your boat, jetski, kayak or do a spot of fishing.

Lakeside Chalet Optional Private HotTub sleeps 4-5

Skeaghvil chalets are located in a woodland setting beside Skeagh lake, near Bailieborough Cavan. There is a large gazebo with a hot tub that can be added to your stay it’s not shared the hot tub can be added to your stay for an extra charge. Kayaks and fishing boats are available to hire locally. Skeagh is an area of natural beauty it’s a walkers paradise. Located in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the side of Cashel mountain and in the shadows of Slieve Gullion is our 200 year old cottage. Still with its original external features while modernised inside for a relaxing stay. A peaceful retreat away to explore the local countryside, with looping walks located beside Cashel lake and 10 minutes from Camlough lake we’ll know for its local swimming and water sports. It is located 15 minutes from both Newry and Dundalk.

The Hobbit House - Unique Quirky Grass Roof House

The Hobbit House is set within an orchard along side 3 yurts. Its grass roof and quirky round door entrance are reminiscent of The Hobbit. The Hobbit House sleeps up to 6. There are two handcrafted King size beds (which can also sleep as four singles) for a friends getaway. It also sleeps two singles, so is perfect for large families. A travel cot can also be provided on request. Private dry composting toilet and hot outdoor shower for those staying in The Hobbit House.

The Leck Loft

Our loft is 4 miles from Monaghan town, population 10,000approx. It is located roughly an hour and a half from Dublin and Belfast. Local amenities include 18 hole golf course and driving range, Rossmore Forest park (1.5miles), cinema, leisure centre, a number of pubs and restaurants (4 miles), Glaslough Castle and Equestrian centre (7 miles). There are numerous local lakes for fishing and the Bragan region offers various walking trails.
