Newly Constructed 2nd-Story Studio Apartment

Our guests can't say enough & pictures just don't do it justice! From the luxury linens & complimentary amenities, we have tried to think of everything! Enjoy a quiet get-a-way just for two or relax with the whole family at this beautiful, newly constructed home located 1/4 mile off Route 13 & less than an hour from area beaches. There are two units with separate outside entrances, but they can be rented together if you need more space. This listing is for the upstairs open studio apartment.

Heartsong Farmhouse was completely renovated in 2019. Beautiful hardwood floors, brand new furniture, in a modern farmhouse style with a Boho vibe. The entire home is filled with beautiful natural light and the brick walls ensure a peaceful nights sleep. The yard is completely surrounded by a 15ft hedgerow of holly, magnolia and camellias, like walking into a secret garden. You will feel welcome from the moment you drive up. The Farmhouse is also beautifully decorated for the holidays.

Our place has views; the yard has beautiful shade trees that set the mood for deep relaxation. One can walk to Walmart, Denny's, Hampton Inn Suites, Ruby Tuesdays and many other business's in minutes. Ocean City is about a 35minute drive. Salisbury University is a five minute drive. UMES is a 13 minute drive.This home is ideally located. A retired teacher on one side is your closest neighbor; on the other property is a caregiver. Needless to say this is a very safe place; enjoy.

Welcome to "Rosemary Cottage". It is the perfect size for a small family, with 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed, and 2 single beds) a kitchen, and a living area. You'll be staying on our 10-acre property, 4.7 miles from Bethany Beach. Convenient amenities include 2 on-site restaurants, market, theater, and ample parking. Our AIRBNB "Village" includes 2 tiny houses, a lofted apartment, and another cottage just like this "Basil Cottage". Staying at Good Earth is more than just a beach trip!

It's an affordable and unique way to visit and enjoy all that Cambridge and Blackwater Refuge have to offer! The Tiny Cabin is located 50 steps away from Pitcher Dam Creek which leads to the Little Blackwater! Kayaks on site! Bring your fishing rod to catch popular Snakeheads! 15 minute drive to Route 50, downtown Cambridge, shopping and dining!

Bright & cheery 1 bedroom waterfront apartment nestled on the banks of the St. Mary's River. Amazing, dreamy views. It's a sweet spot to relax and enjoy a quiet get-away or launch a kayak, take a walk, enjoy great food cuisine. We sit next to St. Mary's College of MD and Historic St. Mary's City. You may see college sailing races, crew teams rowing, or the historic Maryland Dove sailing down the river. It's lovely here fall, winter, spring, summer! SUNSETS!

We are a family who loves to travel and discover places of rest. Stella was designed with that in mind. She is approachable, comfortable and invites you to kick off your shoes and relax. She is walking distance to Salisbury University and close to many restaurants and stores.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Tiny house sits on Widow Hawkins Branch Creek and backs up to Johnson Wildlife Mtg Area. Great for bird watchers and nature lovers.
