Spa Serenity Cottage with Private Pool & Spa

This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. Set on a peaceful, tree-lined enclave, surrounded by beautiful heritage homes, this amazing home offers tranquility+privacy, whilst being only minutes from all of the very best Manly has to offer! Glorious golden sand beaches, clear blue ocean, stunning coastal walk ways, parklands +marine reserves along with a vibrant coastal atmosphere, cosmopolitan buzz, yet relaxed vibe. Plus Manly Ferries, every 15 mins to Sydney Opera House+Bridge!

Leafy & Private Courtyard Studio

This sunny studio is set in a leafy, private courtyard with a side entrance. It is adjacent to our family home. A short level walk to Manly ocean beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, Manly wharf and all that this beautiful seaside suburb has to offer. There's a local bus(free or coin donation)across the road that goes to Manly and runs half hourly. The studio is equipped with a queen bed with ensuite, kitchenette. Your courtyard has a retractable awning and a small weber bbq for cooking.

Basic breakfast on arrival supplied. Wi Fi available. No off-street parking, no parking on the shared access rd.

Light and airy 2 bedroom self-contained garden apartment. The apartment faces North East and is only 5 minutes' drive to Manly Beach and Manly Dam bushland reserve. It is in an elevated position and catches the sea breezes with its own entrance and large private deck & courtyard. Street parking is available in quiet cul de sac. Comfortable queen beds in spacious bedrooms, separate living/dining room, bathroom and kitchenette with induction cooktop, with laundry available for guest use.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Walk 2 minutes for a refreshing morning swim. Live like a local and enjoy strolling around for great coffee and breakfast. Head to the Wharf Bar for a drink and watch the sunset before dinner. Enjoy dinner at one of the many Manly eateries . A short flat walk to the city ferry. Head to Shelley Beach for a snorkel. There’s lots of ways to relax and take a break from a busy life.

Located in a quiet, leafy suburb conveniently located approximately 15 minutes to the beaches and 20 minutes drive to the city. A garden apartment with a large double bedroom and bathroom / laundry, lounge room, and self contained kitchen. A hop, skip and jump to the city and Chatswood bus service and walking distance to local shops. If you have a car, there is ample street parking.

Whether you're a solo traveler or a couple in search of a getaway, this home is the perfect spot for you to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surrounds. Just a short 15 min walk to Queenscliff, Freshwater, Manly and shopping centre. It's situated opposite a large park, where the bus stop is close by.

(Studio update from September 2025 - The house next door is starting a knockdown/ rebuild so the studio will very unfortunately be next door to a building site. The builders hours are 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Very likely the normal peace and serenity will be disrupted during this time.)
