Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Hawkesbury River Hideout

Located on the Hawkesbury River near Wisemans Ferry we offer a relaxed stay less than 1 hour from the Central Coast and Castle Hill and 10 minutes from Wisemans Ferry. The home has been well considered to ensure the magical river and bushland views are showcased from all areas of the home, inside and out. Enjoy watching the sunset from the comfort of the lounge or from one of the 4 decks. The house has its own jetty and pontoon can easily accommodate boats and is ideal for water skiers.

Sunny’s Place

Sunny’s Place is located in Lisarow, on the beautiful Central Coast. The guesthouse is a small studio with an ensuite that is equipped with most things you'll need for a new nights away. It is close to our family home but is a separate building with separate access. There isn't a lot to do in Lisarow but it's 5 mins from shops and M1 and 30 minutes from most places on the Central Coast, including Terrigal, The Entrance and Glenworth Valley, so a good base for your weekend away.

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. 10 GUEST MAXIMUM. This outstanding 60 acre property is nestled at the very end of a small valley & surrounded on three sides by the Dharug National Park. The Hawkesbury River and the village of Spencer is a short stroll down the driveway. There is a solar heated Zodiac Mineral pool and lounging options on the pool deck. A solar blanket extends the swimmable months. EASTER IS A MINIMUM STAY OF 4 NIGHTS. XMAS AND NEW YEARS EVE WEEKS ARE A MINIMUM 6 NIGHT STAY.
