Welcome to our home! As a part-time and much-loved lived-in home, it's fully equipped with everything you need, is clean, and situated in a nice quiet street, enabling you to enjoy a peaceful visit. We'll include fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other channels. Located close to the A4174 ring road between Bristol and Bath. Bristol Centre - Around 5 Miles. Travel time between 20 - 45 mins, depending on time of day. Bath - Around 10 Miles. 25 - 45 Mins. Happy to answer anything else!

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Enjoy the wildlife view from your king size bed, woodburning stove, additional heating and air conditioning. Relax on the private decking area, outdoor dining with a barbeque and firepit for toasting marshmallows amongst the trees. The mattresses can be brought down from the loft area for younger children. This stylish place to stay is perfect for family trips especially with the indoor Swimming Pool and garden. We like to keep things simple and ensure your stay is enjoyable, calm and at your own pace - essentially an easy stay that keeps all in the family happy. Our Lodge is spacious, perfect for families has a Gym with a shower area, a fully equipped Kitchen, Lounge, Sky Q and WiFi. Upstairs we have an area in the main bedroom with an Xbox S (digital version) for the gamers!

Old Barn, Dyrham, Nr Bath

Old Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Desk and fast WiFi. A very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Recent renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a new home but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.
