Appartamento in quartiere signorile a 1,5 km dal centro storico ed ai piedi delle colline di Avesa. A 300 Metri dall'ospedale di Borgo Trento Polo Confortini. Palazzina bifamiliare con giardino immerso nel verde. Interni ristrutturati con arredamento confortevole e curato. Impianto di condizionamento. Fermata dell'autobus a 100 mt, in fondo alla via. La struttura si trova inoltre vicino alle Piscine Santini (500mt). Cordialità e attenzione da parte degli host che abitano nella palazzina.
