Appartamento in villa con giardino a due passi da un mare limpido e incontaminato e una spiaggia ampia con sabbia sottile. Adatto ad amanti tranquillità e famiglie con bambini. Possibilità in zona di passeggiate a cavallo, yoga, sport acquatici (surf, vela, sup, noleggio canoe, gommoni, bici), importanti siti archeologici civiltà nuragica e altre, oasi wwf, paesaggi naturalistici selvaggi. Zona silenziosa. Chiosco bar elegante a pochi metri. Ristoranti/pizzerie/bar/locali notturni a pochi km.

Our apartment is located at less than 200 metres from the sea. It is a ground floor apartment which comprises a good size living room with dining area and an open plan kitchen, one double bedroom with double bed, a smaller bedroom with a bank bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment benefits from a veranda, accessible from the main living area, which offers a beautiful view of the sea and the coast. The outdoor area is equipped with dining table and chairs and benefits from a barbecue.

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Ciao e benvenuti nel nostro appartamento! Siamo Michele e Francesca, siamo fratelli ed entrambi amiamo viaggiare per il Mondo. Recentemente abbiamo comprato questo appartamento in uno dei luoghi più belli della Sardegna, per ospitare viaggiatori di tutto il Mondo in una struttura completamente ristutturata e moderna, caratterizzata da pulizia e comodità che anche noi cerchiamo quando siamo in viaggio. L'appartamento è a 1-2 min a piedi dalla spiaggia paradiso di Putzu Idu!

La casa, ampia e luminosa si trova di fronte al mare nella borgata di Mandriola, nella Penisola del Sinis. Recentemente ristrutturata, la casa dispone di due camere da letto, una cucina, un'ampio soggiorno, un bagno, un cortiletto con una doccia esterna e una veranda davanti al mare. La casa si affaccia su un piccolo golfo e dista poche centinaia di metri dalle bellissime spiagge di Putzu Idu, S'Anea scoada, Sa Mesa longa, Sa Rocca tunda e dal promontorio di Capo Mannu.

From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
