Quiet cottage with all comforts

Old stone barn of 200m² from the 19th century, completely renovated, freshly decorated and backed by a beautiful chapel in a small village of 250 inhabitants, this listed cottage will offer you a quiet stay with family or friends. Close to the Nogaro recetrack (10 km), Marciac and its Jazz festival (25 km), the vineyards of Madiran/St-Mont and Vic-Fezensac and its Tempo Latino festival (30km). Nautical bases at 10km. 1h30 from the Atlantic Ocean, the Basque Country and the Pyrenees.

Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille. Il comprend deux chambres dont une suite parentale avec salle d'eau privative, une cuisine équipée et un salon avec grande baie vitrée donnant sur la terrasse. Accès à un étang privatif pour de superbes ballades. Vous pouvez accéder au centre d’Eauze à pied en quelques minutes par le chemin de Compostelle qui longe la propriété. Golf d’Eauze 18 trous à 5 mn. Très grand marché tous les jeudis matins etc...

Cabane perchée dans un chêne avec spa

7 hectares de Nature avec un duo de cabanes pour vous seuls. La Cabane Perchée à 10 m de haut avec sa passerelle d'accès de 40 mètres avec sa dépendance privatisée la cabane jacuzzi. Deux Cabanes rien que pour vous sur un parc naturel de 70 000 m2 avec nos animaux paisibles et une belle vue sur un très grand vallon jusqu'aux Pyrénées (par temps clair). Profitez de ce havre de paix situé dans un petit village au coeur du pays de l’Armagnac. La maison qui vient d’être rénovée offre tout le confort nécessaire pour passer des vacances paisibles. Elle peut accueillir jusque 5 personnes, dispose à l’étage de 3 chambres (dont une plus petite) et d’une salle de bain. Au rez de chaussée une grande pièce à vivre avec TV, Wifi, cuisine équipée , donnant sur un grand jardin privatif . Belle vue sur l’église du village.

Notre logement se situe au cœur de la campagne gersoise à Sainte Christie d'Armagnac et se trouve à 4 kms de Nogaro et de son circuit automobile, à 1h30 des Pyrénées et de l'océan, à 15 mn d’Aignan et son lac de baignade avec toboggan et d’un parcours accrobranches. Notre village de Ste Christie d'Armagnac possède un site unique en Europe, classé aux monuments historiques (un mur d'enceinte du château en terre sèche, une motte féodale et son église)

Située au centre ville de Nogaro, vous avez accès à tous les commerces à pied (supermarché, boulangeries, boucherie, restaurants, cinéma, maison de santé...). Proche également du célèbre circuit automobile. Vous pouvez profiter d'un agréable jardin pour vous détendre et prendre vos repas. Chauffage par poêle à granulés, et radiateur électrique dans la chambre. Wifi, et Netflix inclus.
