Luxury Oceanview Suite in Victorian on Independence Park

Bask in beautiful sunrises and peaceful ocean sounds from a generous seaside room with wet bar. The 42” Art Frame TV offers Xfinity, Netflix, and Hulu Plus apps, while the space itself has large windows and a bright, sophisticated interior and is only steps from the beach. Terrific ocean views from this newly renovated suite. Easy access to the beach, paddle board rentals on the weekend right outside your door, walking to Dane Beach, a quick walk to Cabot Street and the cafe's and restaurants nearby. A well equipped wet-bar with fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and tea set ups, and a newly renovated bathroom with heated floors and double shower complete the space. A 42” Art Frame TV with the Xfinity, Netflix and Hulu Plus apps. Enjoy your favorite shows or leave the TV in art mode. We are available by phone or text always but we live just a few houses away, so we can be reached almost anytime. We generally leave guests alone and respect your privacy but can be available if necessary. On the North Shore of Massachusetts, about 26 miles from Boston, Beverly has small-town charm coupled with a city identity. Located close to vibrant Cabot Street in downtown, there are recreation, shopping, and dining options for all tastes. Beverly has excellent access to Route 128 and five commuter rail stations. The house is just a 10-15 minute walk to the Beverly Depot (first Beverly stop on the MBTA commuter rail). It's a bout a 20 minute ride to North Station in Boston.

Private apartment 10 min to Salem!

This private entrance beautiful basement apartment is within a 1/2 mile to several Beverly beaches. Downtown Salem is a 10 min drive. Downtown Beverly is about a 10 to 15 minute pleasant walk. Beverly offers great restaurants, cafe’s and brew pubs. Live entertainment at the Larcom, Cabot and North Shore music theater. Endicott College is 1 mile away. The train to Boston, Salem, or Rockport is about a mile away. Plenty of safe street parking is available in front. Escape the crowds in Salem!

A block away are beaches, lighthouse, playgrounds and a seaside park. Beverly has historic theatres, top-notch dining, cafes and microbrews. Boston is conveniently 30 mins away; other attractions like museums, castles, trails, water sports and whale watching are nearby.

Step into a breath-taking magical seaside residence with 180-degree ocean views. This private in-law apartment has a sprawling lawn, steps to the ocean, and landscaped gardens. Spectacular Gloucester home on Cape Ann. Walk to Stage Fort Park & local beaches right across the street. Gloucester center is about 1 mile. On the way to town, walk by beaches & the park with waterfront tennis & bocce ball courts, plus a great water view playground and playing fields. Just beyond the park is famous Stacy Boulevard with the Fisherman's Memorial Monument along the waterfront. There are beautiful white sandy beaches (Good Harbor, Wingaersheek, Singing, & Crane's Beach).

Enjoy your stay in the heart of Gloucester close to everything this great town has to offer. This unit was completely remodeled in 2022. Two shorts blocks from Main Street in Gloucester and all of its wonderful restaurants and shops. Three blocks from the Beauport Hotel - perfect for wedding guests not staying at that location. Modern Salem: Whole 2 Bed 2 Bath Unit

This first floor unit in my newly renovated two-family home is 3/4 of a mile from downtown Salem with all its attractions. Guests have two off-street parking spaces in a tandem configuration. Inside there is a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and queen bed, a second bedroom with another queen size bed and a second full bathroom. The kitchen is completely new with quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a laundry room that guests are free to use.
