Stylish, modern pool home. This recently renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is about 15 minutes with no traffic to Anna Maria Island beaches. Enjoy an open concept TV room, dining and kitchen. As well as additional family room, with sitting area and desk if you need to work has a door for privacy. Dining room opens to outdoor sitting and dining area, screened in pool and siting area (keeps the pests out). Quiet no through street, yet walking distance to ice cream cafe and much more.

Waterfront Oasis

This home did *NOT* flood during the hurricanes. It’s fully functional. Direct/Private saltwater access in the backyard, fishing off the dock, HEATED pool, waterfall, paddle boards, kayaks, basketball hoop, beautiful backyard garden, garage gym, sauna. Family friendly neighborhood. Always professionally cleaned. I do my best to create a clean, fun, amenity filled space for families. Boat lift available as add on rental for $75 per day (please message me to inquire)
