Peaceful Braden River Oasis: Cottage

Come get away to this river retreat just outside of Lakewood Ranch. This property has three separate rental units on it including this charming single bedroom cottage with access to the river. It comes with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation! The other units on this property are the Guest House, a larger studio unit 1 bed/1 bath sleeps 2 (Search Peaceful Braden River Oasis: Guest House) and the Main House, a 2 bed/2 bath sleeps 7 (search Peaceful Braden River Oasis: Main House).

Waterfront Oasis

This home did *NOT* flood during the hurricanes. It’s fully functional. Direct/Private saltwater access in the backyard, fishing off the dock, HEATED pool, waterfall, paddle boards, kayaks, basketball hoop, beautiful backyard garden, garage gym, sauna. Family friendly neighborhood. Always professionally cleaned. I do my best to create a clean, fun, amenity filled space for families. Boat lift available as add on rental for $75 per day (please message me to inquire)

Spacious Palma Sola Pool Home

Enjoy our 4 bedroom home with 3 inside gathering areas plus large pool and screened-in patio. 10 min drive to Anna Maria Island white sand Gulf beaches and 5 to Palma Sola Bay water fun! The house is located 1 mile from Robinson other nature preserves with wonderful biking, hiking, kayak and paddle boarding opportunities, horseback riding in the bay. Shopping, groceries, restaurants and blocks away. Quiet residential neighborhood which guests are expected to support :)

We have provided almost everything we could think of including five 4k TVs w/ Netflix and cable, wifi, heated (optional) salt water pool w/ 7' privacy fencing, adult bikes, beach gear, Pack & Play, office, board games, relaxing lounge chairs, stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, garage parking, dog crate, all in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Beautiful beach home located in the only neighborhood in Ellenton with a public boat ramp. Walking distance to boat dock, minutes from Premium Outlets and the Sarasota Mall, beaches and so much more. Fenced in backyard beautifully manicured.
