Manatee Manor

A charming coastal haven with saltwater pool, grill, balcony & AC. Prime locale near the historic Cortez Village, a short stroll from Palma Sola Bay for kayaking and paddleboarding, and less than two miles from the Cortez Bridge and white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. Have fun collecting shells and building sandcastles while on the lookout for dolphins and manatees. Enjoy sunbathing after a swim in the pool. The bright open floor plan is a lovely retreat after a day of sun, sand and surf!

A coastal chic home away from home. You are going to step into your own coastal oasis with a large private backyard to gather by the fire pit/grill a meal together. Only a few minutes away from the beautiful beaches, downtown SRQ, and St. Armands Circle. A great location to have the city life but also quiet enough to relax when you need some RNR. This house is part of a duplex. Contact owner if interested in renting both units. Both have private yards. Parties and events are not allowed.
