Very nice place, definitely worth the price! Wasn’t too touristy and kinda laid back. The best sunsets you will ever find! Great times and memories, thank you Anchor Down for these great memories!

Great house and an even better location. Super clean and nicely decorated. Short walk to the beach, coffee shack, bars and restaurants and shopping. Literally can walk anywhere in 5 minutes. Loved the grounds and surrounding area. The neighbors are friendly and our dogs loved the patios. Lots of entertainment for them. The house is stocked with everything you need (maybe could use a juicer for drinks) 😋 Timely communication when needed. Planning to come back next year!

The beachy blue home was a great vacation home for my family. The location was perfect. A short walk or golf cart ride to the beach with plenty of spots to park. The beach location was also wonderful as it was not as crowded as other locations we have stayed in the past. The pool was a great oasis for my kids and the spa was a great surprise. It was warm enough to sit in during cool nights and still use during the day to relax. We had a party of 8 and the setup of the house was perfect with rooms, beds and bathrooms. We would absolutely rent here again.

Our family of 5 loved Akira's place. It felt very private as the store below is very low traffic. The beach access right across the street was perfect for us and the cooler, chairs and umbrella in the unit were a great to have! Short walk to many restaurants and a trolly stop right across the street made getting around easy. We had a great time!

The Cottages were great hosts. The place had all the accommodations needed to make us feel right at home. Everything was clean and well kept. We particularly appreciated how stocked the house was, plenty of beach/pool towels, beach equipment (chairs, wagon), and all the other amenities we expected. The elevator is a great touch. I never thought we would need/want one, but with kids, beach gear, groceries, etc. it made a huge difference. We didn’t need much during our stay, but when we reached out, the host was very responsive. Overall, a great location, great house, and excellent host. Highly recommended.

Chris was a very responsive host. During our stay he spent a day working on his boat in the back. He was very friendly, but also respected our privacy. The house met all of our expectations and our kids loved the pool. The neighborhood was great to walk through and each house offered fantastic curb appeal. With 3 kids under the age of 6, the 10-12 minute walk to the beach was a little long, but Chris’ wagon and beach supplies helped! The golf cart would have been ideal, but without a place to park near the beach we didn’t have much use for it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the entire family agrees we’d love to go back. Thanks Chris!

We LOVED our stay here. Close to everything, yet have your own peaceful space. We walked to coffee every morning, then gelato at night. Beach and restaurants super close. Always something to do. We had a car with us, but didn't really drive when we were there....took the trolly, which was great! The neighborhood is charming and filled with the best neighbors! Would love to come back!!

This rental was so clean and the property owners were always very responsive and friendly. The beach was right outside the door and very clean. The best part was having the beach gear delivered and picked up by a third party so we didn’t have to worry about it. We love AMI and would definitely recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a very short walk to the beach, and the beach is one of the nicest we've been to in Florida. Steve was a great communicator and very responsive. The property is very convenient to restaurants and what-not. I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing vacation! Perfect location and great amenities. Our daughter had a blast in the pool. Sunsets were perfect. Waking up to the view of the water every morning was beautiful

Location was terrific, with Publix basically across the street and the beach a block and a half away it, was very easy to like. Beautiful island and for a vacation spot it was outstanding. A great first visit to Anna Maria, we will DEFINITELY be returning. Highly recommend!

Everything was great! Russell gave us suggestions on things to do around the island prior to our visit and most importantly booking an uber early for our return trip. The house has everything you need including beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and a cooler. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was so clean and felt just like home!

We vacationed in Anna Maria, and this house was a wonderful addition to the beautiful island. It had everything we needed for the beach and for our kids. It was very cozy and had a wide variety of board games, making our stay fun. Thank you, Nicole, for helping with the quick check-in. We will definitely come back here again.

You can't beat the location of this home as it is literally steps away from the beach, shops and restaurants. The home was exactly as described and listed, combined with everything you could possibly need. Ashley and Mathew were extremely helpful, and the communication was excellent! We will definitely will return.

Varinia was very responsive and helpful. She was thoughtful and checked in. Place was just as described and had everything we needed. So close to private beach and own clean pool. We had a great stay at a great place!

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

Linda’s place was AMAZING. It was everything and more than what we expected. The location was super close to the beach we didn’t even have to wear shoes back and forth to the beach and house! If you want an amazing view and be close to the beach this is your spot. We cannot wait to go back again next year!

This was our first stay at Beachy Chic, but not our first time to Anna Marie Island. So we have been around the island a few times. Beachy Chic was clean, easy check in, plenty of amenities and very well decorated. One block to the beach, and walking distance to local restaurants. The swimming pool was right next door to the room and very well maintained. The host Michele was very responsive and helpful. This was our first visit, but not our last to Beach Chic. I give 5 stars, and I highly recommend it!

This home was so perfect for our beach vacation, we especially liked the covered porch facing the beach with the big gum tree in front of it. All the amenities were provided, we had a grill to enjoy, so comfortable. We will definitely be back to enjoy it more!
