Picture this!! You can drop your boat in across the street at the public boat ramp, and store your trailer behind the property and dock your boat steps from our place. Just grab your cooler and head out for a day on the water. Guests have use of the entire back fenced in deck on the south side of the building with a BRAND NEW hot tub. If you have additional family members check out Nautical Nook next door. It is our new listing. It’s super convenient to drop in and go!
